Refund policy

P&A Return Policy:

All returns require a valid sales receipt and must be made within 14 days.  No returns on sale items - electrical parts - special orders - painted parts.  All acceptable returns are for merchandise exchange or store credit only.  Returnable items must be returned with original tags/box/packaging intact This includes all product tags, instructions, hardware and accessories. All returned items must not be scratched, soiled or damaged due to wear or installation. A 25% restocking fee plus shipping may apply on returned items.
